2.02 cttw Created Sapphire and Genuine Diamond Heart Pendant in 14k White Gold

Very pretty but honestly its far too small. Its about half the size of a thumb nail. I just expected something larger for the price I had to pay. Also the chain that comes with it is extremely thin, makes me worried it'll probably snap easily.

My wife loved it, but i thought that the little hart was bigger, but it's ok.

The Gem Stone I received looks nothing like the picture,the heart is smaller, alot darker and the cuts do not show off it's beauty. The diamond is so small you have to use a magnifying glass to see it, or you wouldn't even know it was there. I guess I got what i paid for, as the original price of the necklace was $400. After the discount, I got it for $139. When i added to cart I noticed extra items on my order. If you are not careful to remove them you will be charged for them. In fact I ended up with two necklaces, and had to return one. Because of the promotional discount, I didn't catch it at checkout. However I was impressed with how fast the item was shipped, especially since it was close to xmas. In fact i got it within 2 days of ordering it. My girlfriend was happy with the necklace, so I guess that's what really matters. I would recommend visiting Amazon.com

I bought this for my mom for christmas, its really nice, i thought the blue stone was going to be really big, but its actually a really nice small size, it comes off as very precious, like looking at a baby. I like that its man made because its still a quality diamond and stone, only its affordable and created by human intention instead of just happeneing in nature over so many years....anyway i think its really nice and looks good in the light, im excited for my mom to see it, in about 5 days (christmas eve) : )

I ordered this item and matching earrings from this company through Amazon only to receive the wrong items. When I called Amazon to correct the problem, I was told the item is no longer in stock and the only thing they can do is allow me to return the items. They will ship me a label to return the items and they hold my money until they receive the items back.

Lesson learned: Go to a jewelry store to buy jewelry. I really already knew this but I had misplaced my faith in Amazon.

Thanks for a bunch of frustration Amazon - I thought you were better than this.
